Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 60 days. If 60 days have passed since you received the item, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Purchases excluding final sale may only be returned for store credit. Returned styles will be rejected if they do not meet the following requirements:
  • This item is unworn and in original condition with all tags unattached
  • This item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tanning)
  • This item still has the hygiene sticker (onesies and swimsuits)
  • The item does not have any scent (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or laundry detergent)
  • Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
Provide receipt and proof of purchase
In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given:
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing accessories due to no fault of ours.
Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and points will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 1-3 business days for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days to issue.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
